Every finger injury is different and requires specific treatment. Please consult your physician prior to starting therapy.


Cold Therapy:

For maximum performance, place Therm-O-Gel^™ in freezer for at least 2 hours prior to use. Always return to freezer following treatment.

Suggestions:

Use Therm-O-Gel^™ 3-4 times a day for 10 minutes per treatment until swelling and soreness subsides. Slide gauze over finger before applying the gel pack.

Place the unit around your finger and use the strap to fasten it, ensuring that there isn’t any direct pressure on the wound. Strap can be removed and repositioned if necessary. If redness, pain, or swelling persist, consult a physician immediately.
