Insurance Coverage
If you have third-party insurance/extended health benefits or a health spending account (dependent on your specific plan/policy), it can cover all or a percentage of your compression garments, mobility aids, orthopedic bracing, orthotics and many other medical supplies! It is important to know this information ahead of time, to help speed the process and get you the products needed in a timely manner.
Depending on your insurance provider, we can help with direct billing, to minimize stress and upfront costs. Direct billing privileges will only be available with in-store purchases with available insurance companies.
For those insurance providers that we do not direct bill to, or if you purchase a product online, we will provide you with necessary information to submit your claim and our Liberty Athletic + Medical Supplies staff can help to explain the insurance process, making it easier to keep more money in your pocket.
It is important that if you purchase a product online, or are submitting an insurance claim yourself, it’s necessary to know what you will be covered for before making a purchase. Liberty Athletic + Medical Supplies is not responsible for insurance claims that are not paid out by an insurance provider.
