Our team verifies your coverage, submits the claim through the point-of-sale system, and you pay only the portion (if any) your plan doesn't cover — no paperwork, no waiting for reimbursement cheques. Direct billing is available for in-store purchases only, based on each insurer's network rules.
If your insurer isn't in our direct-billing network — or if you're shopping with us online — we provide a detailed insurance receipt with every order, including the product and billing codes your plan needs for reimbursement.
