Product Description
Maintain therapy gains with a more adaptable approach to nighttime compression. The L&R Tribute® Wrap MCP to Axilla is an off-the-shelf adjustable foam garment designed for self-management of upper-extremity lymphedema and edema during the evening, overnight and other low-activity periods.
The wrap extends from the MCP area of the hand to the axilla and uses a soft foam-based construction with an adjustable strap system. This allows the garment to contour to the wearer’s unique shape, support reduced limb volume and accommodate further reduction as treatment progresses. The foam technology is intended to assist with softening indurated or fibrotic tissue while supporting tissue oxygenation and skin health.
Each garment is side-specific and available in Regular and Long lengths. A black Sleep Sleeve is included to cover the straps and help prevent them from catching on bedding. For safe use and accurate sizing, fitting by a trained medical professional is strongly recommended.

Donning & Care Instructions
Donning Instructions
1. Fasten the narrow straps, and the final wide strap on Long garments, at the edge of the garment. Loosely roll the remaining straps back and fasten them to the garment.
2. Slide the arm into the wide end. Ensure the thumb is positioned in the thumb space and the elbow is centred between the two angled elbow straps.
3. Pull the hand, wrist and elbow straps one at a time using the finger grip, then fasten them to the garment at an angle. Adjust for fit and comfort.
4. Unroll and fasten the remaining straps using the same process, beginning closest to the wrist.
5. Slide the wide end of the Sleep Sleeve over the garment, position the thumb correctly and fasten the sleeve approximately 5 cm below the top of the garment.

· Wash and dry the garment before the first extended use
· Fasten straps to the garment before laundering
· Machine wash in cold water
· Do not use fabric softener or bleach
· Do not dry clean
· Tumble dry on low heat with other laundry items

Warranty & Replacement Guidance
Manufacturer Guarantee
L&R guarantees the garment to be free from material and manufacturing defects during the recommended six-month life of the garment.
Recommended Replacement Guidance
Replace approximately every six months, or sooner if straps, foam, seams or compression performance become visibly worn, damaged or ineffective. Actual replacement timing may vary with frequency of use, care and clinical needs.
Retail Policy Note
Your store warranty and return policy should distinguish manufacturer defects from hygiene-related returns. Because this is a fitted medical compression garment, confirm applicable provincial rules and your internal policy before publishing return language.
